Assorted...

It's getting very warm again.

In the way of progress, Mike finished insulating and reskirting under the house last night. It was a much bigger job than we'd anticipated, but it's now done, and is one more thing to cross of the to do list.

Today, we're putting up a temporary hay shed, just a metal pole structure with tarps - it was free! We've found some terrific hay at 70 Mile, and have about 30 bales here sitting under a tarp. We bought a total of 200, so we need somewhere to keep it dry.

Next project up: putting together the 12' x 16' cedar garden shed we had made at Fawn Lake Lumber. After that, it's time to tackle the porches and deck.

The divine Lucille is making a very good recovery from her ligament surgery, and is being very patient and putting up with being on a leash whenever she's outside. Only 3 1/2 weeks and she'll be able to go outside off leash for very short stints.

Stu has asked for some general perspective pics...I'll post some in the next couple of days.

We're going to declare a "no work" day on Sunday, and take a drive complete with dogs and a picnic to Horsefly to check it out.
