Don't get out the tractor and plow the driveway and surrounding areas when the temperature is going to climb dramatically. I have created the most treacherous slippery area I can imagine. Silly me.
Darn warm weather ... and by tomorrow the temperatures are to drop, drop, drop. You've got yourself a problem. Haul out some Yak Traks if you've got them ... they sell them in town ... I've seen them at a couple of places ... Tru Value for one ... if you don't already have some!
I've heard YakTrax are great...I will get some. I had a nasty fall last winter and had a sore swollen leg for almost six months. Since I posted, things have melted some more...now I'm almost glad I did plow, because there won't be a lot of standing water to refreeze. I'm more than ready for it to get cold again!
